Reversible Scallop Hem Skirt | Bored And Crafty

Wasn’t I just saying yesterday I would prefer a scallop hem skirt rather than scallop hem shorts!? Scallop hem is my heaven. Plus reversible! Two awesome patterns in one! Reversible is the best.

Found this dress at Goodwill, brand new originally from Target. It was an extra large but I loved the fabric.

So lets cut it up.

I now have a wonderful maxi skirt…
